...and so it has begun. We have many varied and qualified candidates for the 2008 election and they will all be looking for our support. Now that we are looking into an earlier primary, Florida has become even more important to the nation.

We, as local Democratic activists form the grass roots army that will be needed to insure a Democratic victory. In the next few months, we will be hearing and seeing the pros and cons of all of our candidates.

Once we make our informed choice, both individually and collectively, we will then have the moral obligation of working for our candidate.

Hopefully the primary races that we face will be on a positive level and we will have no problem switching our allegiances to the candidate chosen by the majority of our party.
