Dear Friends,

Hope and optimism are in the air. We asked for change, we worked hard and we got the change we asked for. This was a feat that we all worked for. This was a team effort and showed us that when we feel strongly enough, we can achieve our goals.

We now have to focus on more local issues. We are all concerned about the impact of the Davie Commons on our lives. Please come to our next meeting and voice your opinion. If we feel strongly in either direction, perhaps we can make a difference there also.

Members of the Weston Democratic Club do care and members of the Weston Democratic Club do make a difference.
